CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits, Cancellations and Reschedules: * There is a required minimum deposit of $50 to book and hold an appointment. The deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo and your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid. * Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you notify Dez that you cannot make your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not notify Dez that you cannot make your appointment, or no-call/no-show, you will then be subject to forfeit your deposit and schedule a new appointment at which you will need to pay a new deposit. * If you cancel your appointment within the required timeframe and choose not to reschedule at that time, you then have 30 days to book your new appointment or the deposit will be forfeit. * If you cancel your appointment within the required timeframe and choose not to reschedule at all, your deposit may be refunded. * Please consider that when you reschedule, your new appointment will be the next day that both Dez and yourself have available. This could be several weeks/months out. * If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be told that your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Keep in mind that when you are late, each following appointment that day may now be late too and every clients' time is valuable.
